The Template Technique - Key Steps

1. Use full-face clinically accurate cosmetic simulations! They allow patients to communicate with the doctor and agree upon the aesthetics of the case BEFORE it's started.
2. Once the simulation is approved by the patient, Smile-Vision will create a wax replica of the proposed case, contact the office, and allow the doctor to preview and comment upon the wax-up on-line.
3. After the wax replica is approved, Smile-Vision creates templates to guide the doctor when prepping the teeth and making temps. Because the temps mimic the simulation, little intraoral adjustment is required saving chair time and ensuring patient satisfaction.
4. Final restorations are digitally milled which copy the temps more faithfully than can be done by hand. Final finishing by hand creates a result that will be delivered with assurance.
Insertion is uneventful with predictable patient satisfaction.
